KAIJU!
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA • DESIGN BY MIKEY BURTON
After a certain energy drink took umbrage with the “Monster Mash” name, this brewery rebranded. To mark this transformation, Metamorphosis IPA was the first beer released under the new moniker.
“Kaiju” is Japanese for “strange creature,” thus the owners found themselves in need of some, well, strange creatures. The supremely talented illustrator Mikey Burton provided them with a cast of characters primed to leap off store shelves.
